消渴舒丸对糖尿病肾病患者肠道微生态炎症和脂质代谢影响OA
Effect of Xiaokeshu Pill on Intestinal Microecology,Inflammation and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease
目的 探究消渴舒丸对糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)患者肠道微生态、炎症和脂质代谢的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2022年12月河南省中医院收治的100例DKD患者,随机分为联合组(消渴舒丸+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),每组50例.比较2组疗效,治疗前后肠道微生态、炎症和糖脂质代谢、肾功能及药物安全性,分析肠道微生态与炎症的相关性.结果 联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高更显著,大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、炎症指标、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白及肾功能指标降低更明显(均P<0.05).Pearson分析显示肠道菌群与炎症指标显著相关(P<0.05).结论 消渴舒丸治疗DKD患者可提高临床疗效,并有效调控肠道微生态、炎症和脂质代谢,明显减轻肾功能损害.
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaokeshu pill on intestinal microecology,inflammation and lipid metabolism in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 100 DKD patients admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a combined treatment group(Xiaokeshu pill and conventional treatment)and a control group(conventional treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,intestinal microecology,inflammation,glucose and lipid metabolism,renal function before and after treatment,and drug safety were compared between the two groups.The correlation between intestinal microecology and inflammation was analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and HDL-C were increased more significantly,while the levels of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus,inflammatory indicators,TG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1c and renal function indicators were decreased more significantly in the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that intestinal flora was significantly correlated with inflammatory indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaokeshu pill can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of DKD patients,effectively regulate intestinal microecology,inflammation and lipid metabolism,and significantly alleviate renal function damage.
