教育数字化背景下教学督导的改革思考OA
教学督导是人才培养质量的过程性保障.随着教育数字化改革的推进,高校教学督导面临许多新的变化.为此,从教学环境、评价体系和督导方式等方面,梳理当前的教学督导实践中存在的矛盾问题.针对上述问题,提出了构建统一的教学督导平台、建立虚拟教学空间监管机制、完善数据驱动的教学评价体系和创新数智转型的督导方式的教学督导改革思路,以确保数智时代高校教学督导更好地发挥其保障教学质量的重要作用.
Teaching supervision is a procedural guarantee of the quality of talent cultivation.With the advancement of educational digital reform,teaching supervision in colleges and universities is confronted with numerous new changes.The problems existing in supervision have been discussed from aspects including teaching environment,evaluation system and supervision methods.To solve the above-mentioned problems,reform approaches are proposed,which include constructing a unified teaching supervision platform,establishing a supervision mechanism for virtual teaching spaces,improving a data-driven teaching evaluation system,and innovating supervision methods oriented to digital and intelligent transformation.These approaches ensure that teaching supervision in colleges and universities in the digital and intelligent era can better play its important role in guaranteeing teaching quality.
