面向能力培养的新商科课程游戏化教学模式探索OA

基于新商科建设背景,该文提出一种面向能力培养的游戏化教学模式.引入游戏设计领域"机制-动态-美学"框架作为理论基石,解构商科游戏化教学机理;构建包含导入(Initiate)、学习(Study)、扩展(Expansion)和考核(Examination)四个环节的iSee闭环教学程序,确保游戏体验向专业能力的有效转化.通过教学案例展示,阐述该模式如何通过情境模拟、跨职能协同和数据驱动决策,打破学科壁垒,显著提升学生的系统思维、数据决策能力及复杂环境下的领导力.这一探索为商科教学改革提供可复制的理论模型与实践路径.

Against the backdrop of the construction of New Business Studies,this paper proposes a competency-oriented gamified teaching model.Drawing on the Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics(MDA)framework from game design,the study deconstructs the pedagogical mechanisms of business simulation games.A closed-loop teaching procedure named iSee is constructed,encompassing four phases:Initiate,Study,Expansion,and Examination,which ensures the effective transformation of game experiences into competencies development.By presenting a teaching case,this paper elaborates on how the model breaks down disciplinary barriers and significantly enhances students' systems thinking,data-driven decision-making capabilities,and leadership in complex environments via scenario simulation,cross-functional gameplay,and data-informed decision-making.This exploration provides a replicable theoretical model and practical pathway for the reform of business education.
