可控核聚变正从实验室研究加速迈向工程验证阶段,传统油气企业进军可控核聚变领域是布局未来能源、实现转型发展的重要方向.基于中国可控核聚变发展格局及典型案例,采用SWOT法分析了传统油气企业在工程迁移、资本耐心、产业协同等方面的独特禀赋与短板,并识别了外部机遇与潜在威胁.提出充分发挥资本与工程综合优势的战略路径、分阶段和递进式的实施策略以及内置风险动态调控机制等建议,助力传统油气企业制定合理的能源转型战略规划,实现在可控核聚变未来产业领域的科学布局.
Nuclear fusion,as a strategic future energy source,is accelerating its transition from laboratory research to engineering verification,representing a crucial direction for traditional oil and gas enterprises to shape the future energy landscape and achieve their transformation development.This paper analyzes their unique endowments and core weaknesses such as engineering capability transfer,capital patience,and industrial synergy using SWOT based on China's nuclear fusion development patterns and typical cases,identifies external opportunities and potential threats,proposes such suggestions as the strategic pathway by fully releasing the integration of capital and engineering advantages,the phased and progressive implementation strategies,and internally installing dynamic risk control mechanisms to help traditional oil and gas enterprises in formulating rational energy transition strategies and plan as well as achieving a systematic deployment in the emerging field of fusion energy.
