河西走廊荒漠绿洲过渡带盐碱地植物空间分布和物种多样性及环境因子关系OA
Plant distribution and diversity in relation to environmental factors across saline-alkali lands in the Hexi Corridor's desert-oasis ecotone
为探究河西走廊荒漠绿洲过渡带盐碱地植物群落分布格局,深入研究影响河西走廊盐碱地植物分布的环境因素,以各物种的重要值为指标,利用双向指示分析法(TWINSPAN)、除趋势对应分析法(DCA)和典范对应分析方法(CCA)对河西走廊地区该区植物群落数量进行分类和排序,探究植物多样性与环境因子之间的关系.结果表明:TWINSPAN将113个样点的植物分为11个不同类型的植物群落,其中群丛Ⅶ的多样性指数最低,群丛Ⅺ的丰富度指数最低,群丛Ⅱ和群丛Ⅲ的相似性指数最高,通过RDA分析可知海拔、土壤含水量、土壤电导率与Shannon-wie-ner多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数、Simpson指数、Pielou均匀度指数呈正相关,pH与其呈负相关;样地CCA的排序显示,海拔、降水、全盐量对群落分布分别解释了4.6%、2.8%、1.5%,贡献率分别为33.3%、20.2%、11.2%.综上,影响河西走廊荒漠绿洲过渡带盐碱地植物群落分布最主要的环境因子是海拔,其次是降水量和全盐量.不同的植物群落沿着海拔的变化呈现出一定的分布规律,这为河西走廊盐碱地植物群落的分布与多样性变化特征提供了一定的科学依据,也对未来河西走廊盐碱地植物生态系统的保护和修复有重要意义.
We investigated the distribution patterns of plant communities in saline-alkali lands within the desert-oasis ecotone in the Hexi Corridor as well as the environmental factors influencing such distribution by using the importance value of each species as an indicator.To explore the relationship between plant diversity and environ-mental factors,plant communities in the Hexi Corridor region were classified and ordinated using two-way indi-cator species analysis(TWINSPAN),detrended correspondence analysis(DCA),and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA).Based on the results of TWINSPAN,plants from 113 sampling sites were classified into 11 dis-tinct types of plant communities.Among them,Association VII had the lowest diversity index,Association XI had the lowest richness index,and Associations II and III had the highest similarity index.Redundancy analysis revealed that elevation,soil water content,and soil electrical conductivity were positively correlated with the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index,Simpson index,and Pielou evenness index,whereas pH was negatively correlated with these indices.Ordination analysis of the sampling sites via CCA indicated that elevation,precipitation,and total salt content explained 4.6%,2.8%,and 1.5%of the community distribution,with contribution rates of 33.3%,20.2%,and 11.2%,respectively.In conclusion,the most significant environmen-tal factors affecting the distribution of plant communities in the saline-alkali lands of the Hexi Corridor desert-oa-sis ecotone are elevation,precipitation,and total salt content,in this order.Different plant communities exhibit specific distribution patterns along the elevation gradient.This study provides a scientific basis for understanding the distribution and diversity of plant communities in the saline-alkali lands in the Hexi Corridor and may signifi-cantly contribute to the protection and restoration of plant ecosystems in these areas.
