以赣榆港散粮长廊皮带机项目为例,分析其泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩施工过程的技术难点,通过创新发明一种全新的可拆卸式子母护筒,替代了传统的单一钢护筒,解决了场地标高不够所带来的钻孔灌注桩施工的一系列困难.工程应用表明,新发明的子母护筒突破了原本陆地常规钻孔灌注桩超灌顶标高仅能高于地面20~30 cm的限制,能有效解决场地标高不够导致的灌注桩超灌混凝土塌陷无法成型、辅材无法重复利用等问题;新的发明取得了良好的环保、经济效益,具有适用性与先进性,可为类似的项目提供技术借鉴与参考.

Taking the slurry wall bored cast-in-place pile construction in the Ganyu Port Bulk Grain Corridor Belt Conveyor Project as an example,this paper analyzes the technical challenges in its construction process.Through innovative invention of a novel detachable Dual-Wall Casing System that replaces traditional single steel casings,a series of difficulties in bored pile construction caused by insufficient site elevation have been resolved.Engineering applications demonstrate that the newly developed Dual-Wall Casing System breaks through the conventional limitation where the over-pouring top elevation of land-based bored cast-in-place piles could only be 20~30 cm above ground level.It effectively solves problems such as collapsed concrete in over-poured piles and non-reusable auxiliary materials caused by inadequate site elevation.This innovation has achieved significant environmental and economic benefits,demonstrating both applicability and advancement.The technological breakthrough provides valuable technical references for similar projects,offering insights for construction under comparable site elevation constraints.
