一种模块化线性低密度聚乙烯标志船的设计OA
Modular Design of Marker Ships Made of Linear Low Density Polyethylene
钢质浮标每年需定期进行铲锈修补涂漆维护,养护成本和难度较大,且钢质浮标某一块受损需要对整块浮标吊起进行维修.为响应国家政策,确保航标绿色养护,本文提出一种线性聚乙烯航标,采用模块化设计,在这种模式下,一旦标志船某个模块受损或失效,可将其备用模块安装上去,避免标志船整体的维修或更换,促进航标养护作业模式的升级.经过标志船的船体强度有限元计算和样品效用试验,证明该标志船满足设计要求,具备广泛应用价值.
Steel buoys request a periodic maintenance,including rust removal and re-painting,which leads to high maintenance cost and difficulty,in addition to that,the whole steel buoy has to be hoisted for maintenance if one part was damaged.To follow China national policy and realize green curing of navigation marks,a kind of linear polyethylene buoy was proposed.Based on a modular design mode,the module that was damaged or out of work could be replaced by a standby module to avoid the entire maintenance or replacement of marker ships and upgrade the curing mode of buoys.The finite element calculation of ship hull strength and the sample utility test showed that the new-style marker ship satisfied the design requirements and was worthy of popularization and application.
