煤炭港口装卸工艺全流程湿式除尘系统的研究与应用OA

In recent years,a variety of wet dust-removal technologies characterized with energy-saving,high efficiency and automation have been applied in coal ports.Based on the whole process of cargo unloading,transferring,stacking and loading in coal ports,a systematic elaboration was made for the wet dust removal covering some key dust generating zones such as car dumpers,transfer rooms,stockyards and single machines.In addition,a detailed study was made for the dust-removal water source,dry-fog dust suppression at the upper part of car dumper,water-spray dust suppression at the lower part of car dumper,mist-spray dust suppression at the conveyor transfer points in the transfer rooms,water curtain in the transfer rooms,belt washing devices for the conveyors in the transfer rooms,automatic water-feeding device for the single machines in the stockyards,water-spray dust suppression for the single machine's cantilever in the stockyards,mist-spray dust suppression for the ship-loaders and dust monitoring at the harbor.The above research serves as a comprehensive method of wet dust-removal for the operation of coal ports.
