肺癌患者体成分相位角与营养状况的关系OA
The correlation between phase angle and nutritional status in lung cancer patients
目的 探讨肺癌患者生物电阻抗相位角(PhA)与营养状况的关系.方法 选取128例肺癌住院患者,使用人体成分分析仪行人体成分分析,记录PhA值,同时行营养风险筛查及实验室检查,分析PhA与营养相关指标的相关性.结果 Spearman相关分析显示PhA与体质指数(BMI)、白蛋白(ALB)呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与年龄、NRS-2002评分呈显著负相关(P<0.01).128例肺癌患者单因素分析显示,年龄、BMI、NRS2002评分与肺癌患者低相位角有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).以相位角中位数5.25°为临界值,多因素回归结果显示,低BMI、高NRS2002评分、低白蛋白是肺癌患者相位角的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论 PhA与肺癌患者的营养状况密切相关,在肺癌患者营养不良诊断中具有一定的临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the relationship between bioelectrical impedance phase angle(PhA)and nutritional status in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 128 hospitalized lung cancer patients were enrolled.Body composition was assessed using a bioelectrical impedance analyzer to obtain PhA values.Nutritional risk screening and laboratory tests were performed concurrently.Correlations between PhA and nutritional indicators were analyzed.Results Spearman correlation analysis showed that PhA was positively correlated with BMI and serum albumin(ALB)(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with age and NRS-2002 scores(P<0.01).Univariate analysis indicated that age,BMI,and NRS-2002 score were significantly associated with low PhA in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Using the median PhA(5.25°)as the cutoff,multivariate regression analysis revealed that low BMI,high NRS-2002 score,and low ALB were independent risk factors for reduced PhA(P<0.05).Conclusion PhA is closely associated with the nutritional status of lung cancer patients and may serve as a useful clinical indicator for identifying malnutrition in this pop-ulation.
