This study addresses the challenges in constructing cast-in-place piles in the fluid-plastic silt layer of the reconstruction project of Klt layer of the reconstruction project of Kefeng Wumen Sluice in Changle District,and proposes an integrated technical scheme consisting of optimized mud wall protection drilling,air-lift reverse circulation hole cleaning,and post-grouting.Sodium-based bentonite modified mud is used to reinforce the hole wall,combined with air-lift reverse circulation secondary hole cleaning and pile-end grouting to control sediment.Engineering applications show that this technology has achieved a 100%qualification rate in pile quality inspection,with the excellent rate of Class I piles exceeding the industry average by 20%,breaking through the bottleneck of pile formation in fluid-plastic strata.Compared with traditional techniques,the unit process cost is reduced by 30%and the pollutant treatment cost is reduced by 40%,making it a demonstration technology for construction in coastal fluid-plastic strata.
