粤东地区水库拟柱孢藻毒素污染特征分析OA
Analysis of Cylindrospermopsin Pollution Characteristics in Reservoirs of Eastern Guangdong Region
以粤东20个水库为对象,连续监测两年的拟柱孢藻毒素和营养盐、叶绿素a等环境指标,探讨粤东地区水库拟柱孢藻毒素的污染特征和驱动因素.结果表明,粤东地区整体处于低污染水平,有4座水库检出率较高且最大值有超过0.7 μg/L的情况,可列为风险水库;初步显示夏季拟柱孢藻毒素浓度显著高于其他季节;呈现显著的流域聚集性,龙江流域为持续性风险区,其他流域出现偶发污染的特征;毒素驱动的关键因子是叶绿素a(r=0.81)、水温(r=0.76)和总磷(r=0.71).
This study conducted continuous two-year monitoring of cylindrospermopsin and environmental indicators(including nutrients and chlorophyll a)in 20 reservoirs across Eastern Guangdong,aiming to investigate the pollution characteristics and driving factors of cylindrospermopsin contamination.Key findings indicate:①Overall pollution levels in Eastern Guangdong reservoirs were low,but four reservoirs demonstrated notably higher detection rates with maximum concentrations exceeding 0.7 μg/L,warranting classification as high-risk reservoirs;② Cylindrospermopsin concentrations were significantly elevated during summer compared to other seasons;③Pollution exhibited significant basin-based clustering,with the Longjiang River basin representing a persistent risk zone while sporadic contamination occurred in other basins;④The key driving factors were chlorophyll a(r=0.81),water temperature(r=0.76),and total phosphorus(r=0.71).
