广州市感潮河涌排水标准和方法的分析研究OA
Analysis of Draining Standards and Methods for Tidal River Surge in Guangzhou
广州市河涌受潮汐影响,其排水措施与坡水区有较大区别,根据已有排水标准进行排水系统设计,不利于节约排水设施建设投资.为有效改进内涝标准和排水方法,该文总结了2010年前后广州亚运治水的经验,基于广州市现有感潮河涌的特点及排水条件,通过选取合理的排水模数、降雨历时等参数,对不同重现期下的降雨量和雨后排干时间进行了计算,结果表明,选择的内涝标准符合规范对于超大城市排水标准的规定,研究提出的内涝标准和排水方法改进建议,对广州市排水管网建设提质增效以及水环境的改善具有重要的指导意义和应用价值.
The drainage measures of the rivers in Guangzhou are significantly different from those in non-tidal areas due to the influence of tides.Designing the drainage system based on the existing drainage standards is not conducive to saving the investment in drainage facility construction.To effectively improve the urban flooding standards and drainage methods,this paper first summarizes the experience of water management during the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou.Based on the characteristics of the existing tidal rivers in Guangzhou and the drainage conditions,the rainfall and post-rain drainage time under different recurrence periods were calculated by selecting reasonable drainage modulus and rainfall duration parameters.The results show that the selected urban flooding standards comply with the regulations for drainage standards in megacities.The proposed urban flooding standards and drainage method improvement suggestions have important guiding significance and application value for improving the quality and efficiency of the drainage network construction and water environment in Guangzhou.
