芸苔素内酯对蔓性千斤拔漂浮育苗幼苗农艺性状及根系形态的影响OA
Effects of Brassinolide on Agronomic Traits and Root Morphological of Flemingia philippinensis Seedings by Floating-Seeding-Raising
[目的]探究植物生长调节剂芸苔素内酯(BR)对蔓性千斤拔(Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe)幼苗的生长调节作用,构建蔓性千斤拔漂浮育苗高效生产技术体系.[方法]以蔓性千斤拔幼苗为试验对象,设置4种BR浓度(CK 0.000 mg/L、T1 0.010 mg/L、T2 0.015 mg/L、T3 0.020 mg/L)进行叶面喷施处理,研究其对幼苗个体生长性能指标的调控效应,结合相关分析、主成分分析和模糊隶属函数法对幼苗生长性状进行综合评价.[结果]喷施BR对蔓性千斤拔幼苗的叶片数、主根长、根平均直径和根总体积无明显影响,对主茎直径存在较明显负效应;与CK相比,T1~T3处理的株高、基部分枝数和一级侧根数分别显著增加7.47%~20.21%、272.3%~524.2%和18.08%~24.60%;单株干物质量和根冠比分别显著提高 23.09%~25.97%和 18.38%~34.46%;单株叶面积、比叶重和叶片SPAD值分别显著增加 7.06%~30.15%、4.19%~7.34%和 3.93%~4.37%,较低浓度BR(T1、T2)的调控效果尤为显著.主成分分析结果显示,在BR促进幼苗个体生长的评价指标中,地上部分植株农艺性状的方差贡献率最大、为53.10%;其次为叶片光合生理因子(25.81%)和根系形态因子(21.08%).隶属函数综合评价分析发现,不同浓度BR处理的F值表现为T2(0.782)>T1(0.715)>T3(0.268)>CK(0.210).[结论]叶面喷施0.010~0.020 mg/L BR能促进蔓性千斤漂浮育苗幼苗生长发育,提高种苗的质量和素质,以叶面喷施0.015 mg/L BR处理效果最佳.
[Objective]In order to investigate the growth-regulating effect of the plant growth regulator brassinolide(BR)on seedlings of Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe,and to establish the high efficient production technology system for floating-seedling-raising of F.philippinensis.[Method]Using F.philippinensis seedlings as the experimental subject,four concentrations of BR(CK 0.000 mg/L,T1 0.010 mg/L,T2 0.015 mg/L,T3 0.020 mg/L)were applied via foliar spraying to investigate their regulatory effects on individual seedling growth performance indicators.A comprehensive evaluation of seedling growth traits was conducted using correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and the fuzzy membership function method.[Result]The results indicated that there was no significant influence of the leaf numbers,the length of main root,the total volume of root and the mean diameter of root in F.philippinensis seedings among BR treatments,and the application of BR showed significant negative effect on decrease of main stem diameter of seedings.Compared with CK,the plant height,the number of base branches and the number of primary lateral roots treated with different BR concentrations increased significantly by 7.47%-20.21%,272.3%-524.2%and 18.08%-24.60%,respectively.The dry matte weight per plant and the root-crown ratio increased significantly by 23.09%-25.97%and 18.38%-34.46%,respectively.The leaf area per plant,specific leaf weight and SPAD value increased significantly by 7.06%-30.15%,4.19%-7.34%and 3.93%-4.37%,respectively,and the regulatory effect at a lower concentration(T1,T2)was particularly significant.The results of principal component analysis indicated that among the evaluation indicators of BR promoting the growth of individual seedlings,the variance contribution rate of agronomic traits of the aboveground part of the plant was the largest,at 53.10%;followed by leaf photosynthetic physiological factors(25.81%)and root morphology factors(21.08%).Through the comprehensive evaluation analysis of the membership function,it was known that the F values of different BR concentration treatments was T2(0.782)>T1(0.715)>T3(0.268)>CK(0.210).[Conclusion]Therefore,spraying BR(0.010-0.020 mg/L)could promote the growth and development of floating seedlings of F.philippinensis,and improve the quality and vigor of the seedlings,and the treatment of 0.015 mg/L BR by foliar spraying has the best effect.
