人工智能时代工会促进职工全面发展的路径研究OACHSSCD

A Study on the Pathways for Trade Unions to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Workers in the Age of AI

实现每个人的自由而全面发展,应是社会不容置疑的最高价值目标.人工智能技术的发展对这一目标的实现将产生巨大的影响,主要体现在重申人的主体性、生成新的能力结构、转向创造性劳动、助力社会关系拓展等方面.面对技术变革带来的深刻挑战,工会应当主动顺应时代变化的趋势,加快推进治理体系与治理能力的现代化建设,通过推动治理理念、治理目标、治理格局的战略转向,依托思想引领、数智治理、智能赋能、协同创新四大路径,着力促进职工的全面发展.

Achieving the free and holistic development of every individual should be an unquestionable supreme value goal of society.The development of artificial intelligence technology will have a profound impact on realizing this goal,primarily manifested in reaffirming human subjectivity,generating new capability structures,shifting towards creative labor,and facilitating the expansion of social relationships.Faced with the profound challenges brought by technological transformation,trade unions should proactively align with the changing trends of the times and accelerate the modernization of their governance systems and capabilities.By promoting a strategic shift in governance concepts,objectives,and structures,and relying on four key pathways-ideological guidance,digital governance,intelligence-enabled empowerment,and collaborative innovation—trade unions can dedicate themselves to promoting the comprehensive development of workers.
