Evaluation of street colors in Quanzhou historic districts based on street view images

针对历史街区街道色彩如何定量评价和精细化管理等问题,构建一种融合多参数的街道色彩评价模型.以泉州历史街区为例,基于街景图像技术、结合语义分割算法对街区街道的色彩和环境特征进行分析评价,采用相关性分析法量化影响行人对街道色彩评价的空间特征.结果表明,泉州东街和西街的街道整体色彩以墨绿色系、暖卡其色系和枯茶色系为主,分别占比54.4%、29.5%和16.2%,且街道功能类型与建成环境空间特征对其色彩构成具有较大影响.居住功能主导的东街对比商业功能主导的西街,色彩协调度均值高 3.0%,而色彩丰富度均值则低 20.9%,且色彩丰富度波动性较强,其标准差高 42.8%.街道空间环境要素对行人色彩感知具有显著影响,其中天空可视率与绿视率对街道色彩丰富度均呈显著负相关.

To address the lack of quantitative methods and refined management difficulties for historic street colors,this study constructs a multi-parameter integrated evaluation model.Taking the historic district of Quanzhou as a case study,street view images and semantic segmentation are employed to analyze streetscape features,followed by analysis to quantify the spatial attributes that influence pedes-trians'color evaluations.Results show that the overall street color palette in Quanzhou's historic district is dominated by dark green,warm khaki,and withered-tea hues,accounting for 54.4%,29.5%,and 16.2%,respectively.Street functional type and built-environment spatial characteristics exhibit strong associations with street color composition.Compared to the commercially-dominated West Street,East Street,which is dominated by residential functions,has a 3.0%higher average color harmony score,but a 20.9%lower average color richness score.Furthermore,East Street exhibits greater volatility in color richness,with a 42.8%higher standard deviation.Streetscape environmental elements significantly affect color perception;specifically,sky view factor and green view index are significantly negatively correlated with color richness.
