A Novel Colorimetric and Fluorescent Dual-Mode Probe for Hypochlorite and Its Application in Water Sample Detection
次氯酸根(ClO-)作为一类重要的活性氧物质(ROS),是消毒剂与漂白剂的主要成分,被广泛用于水处理领域.然而,过量的ClO-会对生态环境造成破坏,进而危害人体健康,因此开发高效便捷的ClO‒检测方法具有重要的现实意义.本研究以平面共轭的蒽醌衍生物为主要结构,通过简单的两步路线合成了新型荧光探针EN.吸收光谱结果显示,探针EN在410 nm处的吸光度与ClO-浓度(0.028~10 μmol/L)呈良好的线性关系.荧光光谱测试结果表明,在380 nm激发光作用下,探针EN在543 nm处出现强荧光发射峰,加入ClO-后,此发射峰逐渐减弱,且荧光强度与ClO-浓度(0.19~10 μmol/L)呈良好的线性关系.探针EN能够实现ClO-的快速比色和荧光双信号检测(响应时间<5 s),具有较低的检出限(比色法:27.44 nmol/L;荧光法:180.24 nmol/L),并表现出优异的选择性和抗干扰性,可在弱酸至弱碱的广泛pH范围内实现稳定检测.此外,本方法与现行国家环境保护标准方法的测试结果具有良好的一致性,应用于实际样品中ClO‒的检测时,回收率良好,且具备高准确性和高灵敏度,展现出广阔的应用前景.
Hypochlorite(ClO‒)is an important reactive oxygen species(ROS),and is widely used in water treatment as the main component of disinfectants and bleaching agents.However,excessive ClO‒ can cause environmental damage and even lead to various human health issues.Therefore,efficient and convenient detection of ClO‒is of great significance.In this study,a novel fluorescent probe(designated as EN)for ClO‒detection was designed and successfully synthesized via a simple two-step route,using an anthraquinone derivative with a planar conjugated structure as the main framework.The absorption spectroscopy results of probe EN showed that the absorbance at 410 nm exhibited a good linear relationship with ClO‒ concentration in the range of 0.028-10 μmol/L.Fluorescence spectrum measurements indicated that under excitation at 380 nm,probe EN displayed a strong fluorescence emission peak at 543 nm.Upon addition of ClO‒,the emission peak at 543 nm gradually disappeared.Moreover,the fluorescence intensity at this wavelength also showed a good linear relationship with ClO‒concentration over the range of 0.19-10 μmol/L.Probe EN enabled rapid colorimetric and fluorometric dual-signal detection of ClO‒(response time<5 s),with satisfactory limit of detection(LOD)(27.44 nmol/L for colorimetric detection and 180.24 nmol/L for fluorometric detection).Meanwhile,probe EN exhibited excellent selectivity and anti-interference ability,and could realize stable detection in the range of weak acid to weak base.Comparison with the current national environmental protection standard method revealed that the two sets of test results exhibited good consistency with excellent recovery rates,and the probe possessed outstanding accuracy and sensitivity,which confirmed the promising prospects of the probe EN for practical application.
