基于波前编码的变F数光学系统景深扩展设计OA
Depth-of-Field Extension Design of Optical Systems with Variable F-Numbers Based on Wavefront Coding
现有波前编码方法在变F数的光学系统中需分别设计相应的相位掩膜,增加了设计复杂度和成本.为解决这一问题,提出一种多重结构波前编码优化设计方案,结合高效优化算法,实现了通过单一相位掩膜,对不同F数光学系统的相位掩膜参数进行统一优化.该设计显著降低了相位板的制造成本,并简化了系统的复杂性.实验结果表明,所提出的方案使用单一相位板,即可实现对不同F数下(F=1.4,1.6和1.8)光学系统的调制传递函数具有良好的离焦一致性,可以将传统红外系统的焦深扩展3~5倍.
Existing wavefront coding methods require the design of corresponding phase masks for optical systems with variable F-numbers,which increases the design complexity and cost.To ad-dress this issue,this paper proposes a multi-structure wavefront coding optimization design scheme that,in conjunction with an efficient optimization algorithm,achieves unified optimization of phase mask parameters for different F-number optical systems using a single phase mask.This design significantly reduces the manufacturing cost of the phase plate and simplifies the system's complexity.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme,using a single phase plate,can achieve good defocus consistency in the modulation transfer function for optical systems with dif-ferent F-numbers(F=1.4,1.6 and 1.8),extending the depth of focus of traditional infrared sys-tems by a factor of 3 to 5.
