竖式石灰窑布料装置改造对物料分布均匀性及煅烧质量的影响分析OA

This paper focuses on the transformation of the vertical lime kiln material distribution device.Aiming at the problems such as uneven material distribution existing in the traditional material distribution device,the transformation plan of the material distribution device is elaborated in detail.By using experimental and data analysis methods,the changes in the uniformity of material distribution and calcination quality before and after the transformation are deeply explored.Research shows that the modified distribution device reduces the coefficient of variation of material distribution,enhances the activity of lime,decreases the rate of underburning and overburning,significantly improves the uniformity of material distribution and calcination quality,and provides technical support and practical reference for the efficient production of vertical lime kilns.
