浅析热加工圆钢质量缺陷及改进控制OA
Analysis of Quality Defects in Hot-Processed Round Steel and Improvement Control Measures
通过热加工过程分析,裂纹主要是由块状和片状的 MnS 热脆性相引起.控制 MnS 夹杂物是解决问题的关键.当酸溶铝小于 0.005%时,不易形成 MnS-Al2O3、MnS-MnO、MnS-FeO 结合的复合夹杂;酸溶铝大于 0.030%时,形成单一的 Al2O3,不利于细小弥散的 MnS 析出.采用含铝冶炼,Al 含量按照 0.020%~0.030%控制,检测酸溶铝AlS 在 0.018%~0.030%范围,可以改善 MnS夹杂的组织形貌和比例,减少圆钢在热加工过程中产生的裂纹;轧制环节,控制加热温度,改善脱碳层厚度,减少生产过程圆钢表面划伤.
Through the analysis of the thermal processing process,cracks are mainly caused by the block-shaped and flate MnS thermal brittle phase.Controlling MnS inclusions is the key to solving the problem.When acid-soluble aluminum is less than 0.005%,it is not easy to form complex inclusions of MnS-Al2O3,MnS-MnO and MnS-FeO;when acid-soluble aluminum is greater than 0.030%,a single Al2O3 is formed,which is not conducive to the precipitation of finely diffuse MnS.Aluminum-containing smelting is used,and the Al content is controlled according to 0.020%~0.030%.The detection of acid-soluble aluminum AlS in the range of 0.018%~0.030%can improve the tissue morphology and proportion of MnS mixed,and reduce the cracks generated by round steel during hot processing;rolling link,control the heating temperature,change It is good to remove the thickness of the carbon layer and reduce the scratches on the surface of the round steel in the production process.
