福建三钢闽光股份有限公司采用"顶底复吹转炉冶炼—LF精炼—VD真空处理—连铸—圆棒轧制"工艺路线,成功开发出 60Si2Mn弹簧钢热轧圆钢.产品化学成分、夹杂物控制水平、脱碳层深度、表面质量及力学性能等指标均满足 GB/T 1222标准要求.本文结合生产实际,系统分析了 60Si2Mn弹簧钢的技术要求、工艺控制要点及试制结果,旨在为同类产品的工业化生产提供参考.
Fujian Sansteel MinGuang Co.,Ltd.has successfully developed hot-rolled round bars of 60Si2Mn spring steel by adopting the process route of"top-bottom combined blowing converter smelting-LF refining-VD vacuum treatment-continuous casting-round bar rolling".The product's chemical composition,inclusion control level,decarburization layer depth,surface quality,and mechanical properties all meet the requirements of the GB/T 1222-2016 standard.This paper,combined with production practice,systematically analyzes the technical requirements,process control points,and trial production results of 60Si2Mn spring steel,aiming to provide references for the industrial production of similar products.
