深冷处理对硬质合金辊环材料的影响研究OA
The Effect of Cryogenic Treatment on The Material of Cemented Carbide Roller Ring
硬质合金辊环作为一种关键基础部件广泛应用于钢材轧制行业,辊环材料性能在一定程度上能够影响辊环的服役寿命,深冷处理是一种材料的基础处理工艺,能够提升不同材料的力学性能、耐磨性等.已有研究表明深冷处理能够提高硬质合金的耐磨性、抗弯强度、冲击韧性等性能,其提升效果与处理工艺、材料种类密切相关.本文研究了深冷处理对硬质合金辊环材料 GR60A 和GR40H力学性能和耐磨性的影响,结果表明,深冷处理对 GR40H硬质合金的力学性能没有明显的影响,但能够提升 GR60A的抗弯强度;然而,深冷处理后 GR60A 的冲击韧性出现明显下降,通过微观分析发现,原材料中 WC 颗粒的尺寸和分布不均匀是导致冲击韧性下降的主要因素.此外,特定工艺的深冷处理(-196℃)能够提高 GR60A 硬质合金的耐磨性.
Cemented carbide roller rings are widely used in the steel rolling industry as a key basic component.The material properties of roller rings can affect their service life to a certain extent.Cryogenic treatment is a basic treatment process for materials that can improve the mechanical properties,wear resistance,and other properties of different materials.Previous studies have shown that cryogenic treatment can improve the wear resistance,bending strength,impact toughness,and other properties of cemented carbide,its improvement effect is closely related to the treatment process and material type.This work studied the effect of cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of cemented carbide roller ring materials GR60A and GR40H.The results showed that cryogenic treatment had no significant effect on the mechanical properties of GR40H hard alloy,but could improve the bending strength of GR60A;However,the impact toughness of GR60A decreased significantly after cryogenic treatment.Microscopic analysis revealed that the uneven size and distribution of WC particles in the raw material were the main factors leading to the decrease in impact toughness.In addition,specific cryogenic treatment(-196℃)can improve the wear resistance of GR60A hard alloy.
