铜电解液净化过程是保证电解铜正常生产不可缺少的环节,净化的目的在于脱除电解液中铜和砷锑铋镍等杂质元素,脱铜过程是脱除其它杂质元素的前提.本文对净液工序脱铜过程的原理进行了分析,提出了在现有工艺基础上进一步提升脱铜效率和产量的措施,包括提升蒸发器蒸发量、提升蒸发过程的平均密度、提升结晶后液的硫酸铜结晶量,并对脱铜效率和产量提升后的经济效益进行了测算,具有较显著的经济效益.

The purification process of copper electrolyte is an indispensable link to ensure the normal production of electrolytic copper.The purpose of purification is to remove impurities such as copper,arsenic,antimony,bismuth,and nickel from the electrolyte.The copper removal process is a prerequisite for removing other impurity elements.This article analyzes the principle of the copper removal process in the purification process and proposes measures to further improve the efficiency and output of copper removal based on existing processes,including increasing the evaporation capacity of the evaporator,increasing the average density of the evaporation process,and increasing the amount of copper sulfate crystallization in the crystallized liquid.The economic benefits of the improved copper removal efficiency and output are also calculated,which have significant economic benefits.
