冷镦钢Al/Ti复合脱氧工艺优化及夹杂物控制研究OA
Study on Optimization of Al/Ti Complex Deoxidation Process and Inclusion Control in Cold Heading Steel
针对冷镦钢传统铝脱氧工艺中粗大Al2O3夹杂物引发连铸水口堵塞及力学性能不足的问题,本研究创新提出分步式铝钛复合脱氧工艺,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、金相分析和力学性能测试对比发现,复合脱氧工艺生成的 Al-Ti-Mn复合夹杂物平均尺寸较传统 Al2O3 夹杂物减小 30%,铸坯宏观夹杂物数量减少 45%;同时,铝钛复合脱氧通过诱导晶内铁素体形核和优化夹杂物与基体界面结合特性,使冷镦钢断后伸长率由 30%提升至 38%,断面收缩率由 56%提高至 68%,连铸水口堵塞率显著降低 60%.研究表明,铝钛复合脱氧有效调控了热力学平衡,并结合动力学的协同作用,通过异质形核机制抑制夹杂物粗化,实现夹杂物弥散分布与强塑性协同提升,为冷镦钢洁净度控制与性能优化提供了理论依据.
To address the issues of clogging in continuous casting nozzles and insufficient mechanical properties caused by coarse Al2O3 inclusions in traditional aluminum deoxidation processes for cold heading steel,this study innovatively proposes a stepwise Al/Ti composite deoxidation process.Through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),metallographic characterization,and mechanical testing,the results demonstrate that the composite deoxidation process generates Al-Ti-Mn complex inclusions with an average size reduced by 30%compared to traditional Al2O3 inclusions,and the number of macroscopic inclusions in the continuous cast billet decreases by 45%.Additionally,the Al/Ti composite deoxidation enhances the nucleation of intragranular ferrite and optimizes the interfacial bonding between inclusions and the matrix.This leads to a significant improvement in ductility:the elongation after fracture increases from 30%to 38%,and the reduction of area rises from 56%to 68%.The clogging rate of continuous casting nozzles is notably reduced by 60%.The research reveals that the Al/Ti composite deoxidation effectively regulates thermodynamic equilibrium and synergizes with kinetic mechanisms.By leveraging heterogeneous nucleation,it suppresses inclusion coarsening,achieving both dispersed inclusion distribution and a synergistic enhancement of strength and plasticity.This study provides theoretical insights for optimizing cleanliness control and mechanical performance in cold heading steel production.
