三钢1950 m3高炉喷煤系统按照可喷吹高挥发分烟煤的标准进行设计,自 2023年 8月投产以来,通过优化制粉工艺、采用浓相输送技术及改进喷吹稳定性,实施全自动一键式喷吹与制粉控制,实现煤比提升至 160 kg/t 以上,达到行业先进水平.同时,磨煤环节的粒度控制指标优异,进一步提升了煤粉燃烧效率,并有效降低了单位磨煤能耗,为高炉实现节能降耗、降低焦比和生产成本提供了有力支撑.
Sansteel's 1950 m3 blast furnace coal injection system was designed to meet the standards for injecting high-volatile bituminous coal.Since its commissioning in August 2023,through optimizing the coal pulverization process,adopting dense-phase conveying technology,improving injection stability,and implementing fully automatic one-click injection and pulverization control,the coal ratio has been increased to over 160 kg/t,reaching an advanced level in the industry.Meanwhile,the particle size control indicators in the coal grinding process are excellent,which further improves the combustion efficiency of coal powder and effectively reduces the unit energy consumption for coal grinding.This provides strong support for the blast furnace to achieve energy saving,consumption reduction,lower coke ratio,and reduced production costs.
