Experiment on the degradation of aflatoxin in feed under different fermentation modes
本研究探讨不同发酵方式(乳酸菌、酵母菌、复合菌发酵和未发酵对照组)对玉米饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1 的降解效果,通过高效液相色谱法测定毒素残留量并进行统计分析.结果表明,复合菌发酵组的降解率为 82.3%,显著高于乳酸菌组的 64.1%和酵母菌组的 58.7%,且毒素残留量显著低于国家标准限值(P<0.05).此外,发酵温度和时间对降解效率具有协同作用.研究表明,复合菌发酵提供了高效、低成本的饲料生物脱毒解决方案,具有良好的规模化应用前景.
This study examines the degradation of aflatoxin B1 in corn feed using different fermentation modes:lactic acid bacteria,yeast,composite bacteria,and an unfermented control,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to measure aflatoxin residues.The composite bacteria fermentation achieved the highest degradation rate(82.3%),significantly surpassing lactic acid bacte-ria(64.1%)and yeast(58.7%),with toxin levels significantly below national standards(P<0.05).Fermentation temperature and time also enhanced degradation efficiency.Composite bacterial fermentation offers an efficient,cost-effective biological detoxification solution with strong potential for large-scale application.
