不同原料混合方式对窖贮笋壳发酵品质的影响OA
The influence of different raw material mixing methods on the fermentation quality of bamboo shoots shell stored in cellars
为了探讨生产中窖贮笋壳青贮中适宜的原料混合方案,采用单因素试验设计,研究麦麸分层铺洒(单层、三层和五层)、搅拌混匀(搅拌时长 1 min、5 min和 10 min)对青贮池笋壳青贮的营养品质和发酵过程中污水排放的影响,对照组不添加麦麸.结果表明:(1)添加 5%麦麸可显著降低青贮池笋壳在发酵周期内的污水排放量(P<0.05);(2)通过隶属函数法对 7 组笋壳青贮 9项指标的综合价值评价,表明添加 5%麦麸可改善笋壳的发酵效果,添加的麦麸采用搅拌混匀方式对笋壳发酵效果的改善作用优于分层铺洒,且笋壳发酵效果的改良效果随着搅拌时长的增加而提升.
To investigate optimal raw material blending protocols for bamboo shoots shell silage during industrial pit fermentation,a single-factor experimental design was implemented.This study examined the effects of layered wheat bran supplementation(single,triple,and quintuple layers)and mechanical mixing durations(1 min,5 min,and 10 min)on nutritional quality and effluent discharge dynamics during the fermentation process,the control group received no wheat bran supplementation.The results show that:(1)Adding 5%wheat bran can significantly reduce the wastewater discharge from the silage pool during the fermentation period(P<0.05);(2)Through the membership function method to evaluate the comprehensive value of 9 indicators of 7 groups of bamboo shoots shell silage,it indicates that adding 5%wheat bran can improve the fermentation effect of bamboo shoots shells.The improvement effect of the added wheat bran on the fermentation effect of bamboo shoots shells through the mixing and homogenization method is better than the layer-by-layer spreading method,and the improvement effect of the fermentation effect of bamboo shoots shells increases with the increase of the mixing time.
