QuEChERS-UPLC/MS/MS法测定猪肉中10种抗病毒药残留量OA
Determination of 10 Kinds of Antiviral Drug Residues in Pork by QuEChERS-UPLC/MS/MS
建立了基于QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定猪肉中10 种抗病毒药残留量的方法.猪肉样品采用 1%乙酸乙腈提取,经QuEChERS净化后,在正离子多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)模式下分析.结果表明:10 种抗病毒药在2.5~125.0 μg·kg-1 的范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r>0.998 9);检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为 0.05~0.50、0.10~1.00 μg·kg-1.空白样品在 3 个添加水平(2.5、5.0、20 μg·kg-1)下的加标回收率为 71.2%~115.6%,相对标准偏差为 0.4%~8.3%.本方法准确度和灵敏度均较高,可以满足猪肉中 10 种抗病毒药残留的检测需求.
A method was developed for the rapid determination of 10 kinds of antiviral drugs residues in pork based on QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The pork samples were extracted with 1%acetic acid acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS,and then analyzed in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results showed that the 10 kinds of antiviral drugs had good linear relationship(correlation coefficient r>0.998 9)in the range of 2.5-125.0 μg·kg-1;the limits of detection(LOD,S/N=3)and limits of quantification(LOQ,S/N=10)were in the ranges of 0.05-0.50 μg·kg-1 and 0.10-1.00 μg·kg-1,respectively.The sample recovery rates of blank samples at three supplemental levels(2.5,5.0,20 μg·kg-1)ranged from 71.2%to 115.6%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.4%-8.3%.The method had high accuracy and sensitivity,and could meet the detection requirements of 10 antiviral drug residues in pork.
