本文介绍并分析了中核地质勘查集团有限公司和乌兹别克斯坦本土施工队伍在北卡尼梅赫铀矿床(Kanimekh)地浸采铀成建井应用的钻探装备、钻进工艺、成井工艺和组织管理制度,以及取得的降本增效成果.乌兹别克斯坦本土设备多采用拖车式钻机和钻杆拖车两车一组模式,泥浆采用多级自然沉淀净化方式,使用直径 73 mm 钻杆和三刀翼复合片钻头,设备配套简单、搬运方便、钻进时效较高,但事故率较高;中方钻机通常采用直径 89 mm 钻杆和四刀翼复合片,配套设备多、钻机设备较笨重、搬迁困难,但设备安全冗余度高,成井质量好.基于中乌双方地浸采铀成建井工艺现状和在北卡尼梅赫铀矿床一年以来的应用效果,提出了系统发展建议.相关工艺介绍和研究为首次发表,且普遍未在我国地浸铀矿山应用,对地浸钻探工艺装备的发展具有参考和启发作用.

This paper provides a detailed and systematic analysis on the drilling equipment,drilling technology,well completion technology and organizational management system used by China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC)Geological Exploration Group Co.,Ltd.and local Uzbek construction team in in-situ leaching well construction project of north Kanimekh uranium,as well as cost reduction and efficiency improvement achievements.The equipment used by Uzbek team is typically a two-vehicle setup of trailer-mounted drilling rigs and drill pipe trailers,employing a multi-stage natural sedimentation purification method for drilling mud and drilling pipes in 73 mm diameter with three-blade composite drilling bits,which is simple to match,easy to transport,and has a high drilling efficiency,but the accident rate is high.Chinese drilling rigs usually use drill pipes with a diameter of 89 mm and four blade wing composite drilling bits,which require more and heavier equipment,and are more difficult to relocate,but has high safety redundancy and better well completion quality.Based on the current status of in-situ leaching uranium well construction technology in China and Uzbekistan,as well as the technology application results in North Kanimekh uranium deposit over the past year,this paper proposes systematic development suggestions.The related process introduction and research are published for the first time and have not been widely applied in in-situ leaching uranium mines in our country.It has reference and inspiring significance for the development of in-situ leaching drilling technology equipment.
