我国在深海钻探技术领域已具备远程绳索取心、自动控制、安全防护及高效投放等核心能力,形成了较为完备的装备体系,并在远洋科考中积累了丰富的实践经验.随着深海科考向更深水域拓展,对钻探装备的自动化水平、作业效率及安全可靠性提出了更高要求.为适应未来深海复杂地质条件下的钻探需求,解决现有动力头在应急逃生与取心作业效率方面存在的不足,本文设计了一种新型深海绳索取心钻机动力头.该动力头在结构设计上重点优化了传动与集成方案:在减速箱内部集成了抛弃与冲击卸扣机构,以提升钻机在卡钻等复杂工况下的应急处理与逃生能力;同时,将绳索取心卷扬装置集成于动力头本体,实现了取心作业的一体化操作,有效缩短了取心辅助时间,提高了岩心样品采集效率.应用表明,该新型动力头在提升装备应急响应能力与取心作业效率方面具有明显优势,可为未来深海钻探装备的自动化与集成化发展提供技术支撑.

In China,it has been established in core capabilities for deep-sea drilling technology,including remote wireline coring,automatic control,safety protection and efficient deployment,formed a relatively complete equipment system and accumulated rich practical experience in oceanic scientific expeditions.With the expansion of deep-sea scientific exploration into deeper waters,higher requirements have been put forward for the automation level,operational efficiency and safety reliability of drilling equipment.In order to meet future drilling needs under complex deep-sea geological conditions and solve the shortcomings of existing power heads in emergency escape and coring operation efficiency,this paper designs a new type of power head for deep-sea wireline coring drill.It has been focused on optimizing the transmission and integration scheme in power head structural design:an abandoning and impact release mechanism has been integrated within reduction gearbox to enhance the emergency handling and escape capabilities of drilling rig under complex working conditions such as stuck pipe;at the time,the wireline coring winch device is integrated into powerhead body,realizing integrated coring operation,effectively shortening auxiliary coring time and improving core sample collection efficiency.Application shows that this new power head has significant advantages in improving equipment emergency response capabilities and coring efficiency,and can provide technical support for the automation and integration development of deep-sea drilling equipment in the future.
