为满足极寒地区矿产资源勘查及科学钻探的需求,研制了一种低温钻机.根据钻机在-40℃极端环境下的实际工况和使用需求,重点研制了与之配套的液压系统.本文主要论述了低温钻机液压系统的回路组成和工作原理,针对冰层精细钻进、低温环境的适应性优化和极寒环境的全天候作业能力做了详细的介绍.现场应用表明,该液压系统在极端低温下性能稳定可靠,各项性能指标均达到了设计要求.低温钻机具有工作效率高、自动化程度高、环境适应性强等特点,满足了极寒地区资源勘探的使用要求.

A low-temperature drilling rig has been developed to meet the needs of mineral resource exploration and scientific drilling in extremely cold regions.Based on the actual operating conditions and application requirements of drilling rig in extreme environment as low as-40℃,a dedicated hydraulic system was designed and developed to match it.This paper mainly discusses the circuit composition and working principle of the hydraulic system of low-temperature drilling rig,and provides a detailed introduction to fine drilling in ice layers,adaptive optimization in low-temperature environments and all-weather operation capabilities in extremely cold environments.On site application has shown that the hydraulic system has stable and reliable performance under extremely low temperatures,and all performance indicators have met the design requirements.This low temperature drilling rig has the characteristics of high operation efficiency,high degree of automation and strong environmental adaptability,which meet the requirements of resource exploration in extremely cold regions.
