中国特色管理学的建设成效、经验与展望OACHSSCD

On May 17,2016,Chinese President Xi Jinping presided over the Symposium on Philosophy and Social Science Work and delivered an im-portant speech,putting forward the strategic task of accelerating the development of a philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics.Over the past decade,China's philosophy and social science sector has flourished remarkably.As a crucial component,management science has been developing its own Chinese characteristics in tandem while serving the drive for Chinese-style modernization.This study systematically summarizes the achievements in building the discipline system,academic system,and discourse system of Management with Chinese characteristics during the decade:the disciplinary system has continuously improved its structure through deep alignment with social development;the academic system has expanded in scale by addressing China-specific management issues;and the discourse system has enhanced its influence through the high-quality development of ac-ademic journals.The experience gained from this development lies in the external driving role of the era-defining tasks generated by the grand narrative of Chinese-style modernization,coupled with the endogenous motivation derived from the subjective awareness of China's management academic com-munity.Together,these two factors have achieved an organic integration of external historical conditions and internal academic initiative.Looking ahead,we should take the"Two Combinations"as the strategic path,adhere to"seeking truth from facts"as the fundamental method,and rely on a scientific evaluation system to strive for constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese management science.
