黑沙蒿对冷应激羔羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Artemisia ordosica on Growth Performance,Apparent Nutrient Digestibility and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Cold-Stressed Lambs
本试验旨在研究黑沙蒿对冷应激羔羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响.选择 12 只体重[(27.13±1.14)kg]相近的 5 月龄健康公羔(澳洲白羊×小尾寒羊),随机分为 2 组,即对照组和黑沙蒿组,每组 6 只羊.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,黑沙蒿组采用 3%的黑沙蒿替代基础饲粮中等量的苜蓿干草,预试期 7 d,正试期 28 d.结果表明:1)黑沙蒿组羔羊的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比及各营养物质表观消化率与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05).2)与对照组相比,黑沙蒿组羔羊仅肾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏、脾脏、胰腺及心脏指数无显著变化(P>0.05).3)试验第 14 天,黑沙蒿组羔羊血清尿素、总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇及瘦素含量均较对照组显著或极显著升高(P<0.05 或 P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有升高的趋势(P=0.092);试验第 28 天,黑沙蒿组羔羊血清总蛋白和瘦素含量仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血清白蛋白含量则极显著下降(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有降低的趋势(P=0.071);此外,羔羊肝脏指数与血清总胆固醇含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05).综合来看,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加 3%的黑沙蒿虽未显著改善羔羊的生长性能及营养物质表观消化率,但对其肾脏指数及血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇与瘦素含量均产生了积极影响,提示黑沙蒿可能在缓解冷应激方面具有一定的应用潜力.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Artemisia ordosica supplementation on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indicators of cold-stressed lambs.Twelve healthy 5-month-old male lambs(Australian white×small-tailed Han sheep)with similar body weight[(27.13±1.14)kg]were randomly allocated into two groups:the control group and the Artemisia ordosica group,with 6 lambs per group.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the Artemisia ordosica group re-ceived a diet where 3%of alfalfa hay was replaced by an equal amount of Artemisia ordosica.The adaptation period lasted for 7 days,followed by a 28-day trial period.The results showed that:1)no significant differ-ences were observed between Artemisia ordosica group and control group in average daily feed intake,average daily gain,feed-to-gain ratio,as well as apparent nutrient digestibility(P>0.05).2)Only the kidney index of lambs in the Artemisia ordosica group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),with no significant changes in the liver,spleen,pancreas and heart indices(P>0.05).3)On day 14 of the trial,ser-um contents of urea,total protein,albumin,total cholesterol and leptin were significantly or extremely signifi-cantly increased in the Artemisia ordosica group compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol showed a tendency to increase(P=0.092).On day 28 of the trial,the ser-um total protein and leptin contents in the Artemisia ordosica group remained significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the serum albumin content was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),and a decreasing trend was observed in low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol content(P=0.071);more-over,a significant positive correlation was identified between liver index and serum total cholesterol content(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary supplementation with 3%Artemisia ordosica does not significantly improve the growth performance or nutrient apparent digestibility of lambs.However,it positively influences the kidney index and serum contents of total protein,albumin,total choles-terol and leptin.These findings suggest that Artemisia ordosica may have potential application in alleviating cold stress of lambs.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(4):2782-2792]
