剩余采食量对不同品种育肥牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化和激素指标的影响OA
Effects of Residual Feed Intake on Growth Performance,Apparent Nutrient Digestibility and Serum Biochemical and Hormone Parameters of Different Breeds of Finishing Cattle
本试验旨在研究剩余采食量(RFI)对不同品种育肥牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化和激素指标的影响,以探究品种、RFI 及其二者互作对肉牛育肥性能的作用效果.选择体重相近的健康西门塔尔公牛和荷斯坦奶公牛各 12 头,单栏饲养,预试期 7 d,正试期 136 d.根据品种和 RFI 采用 2×2 两因素完全随机设计,分为 4 组,西门塔尔公牛低剩余采食量组(XM-L 组)、西门塔尔公牛高剩余采食量组(XM-H 组)、荷斯坦奶公牛低剩余采食量组(HS-L组)、荷斯坦奶公牛高剩余采食量组(HS-H 组),每组 6 头.结果表明:1)XM-L 组和 HS-L 组的干物质采食量(DMI)、RFI 显著低于 XM-H 组和 HS-H 组(P<0.05).2)620~670 kg 阶段,HS-L组和 HS-H 组的干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著低于 XM-L 组和 XM-H 组(P<0.05).780~830 kg 阶段,HS-L 组和 HS-H 组的 DM、粗蛋白质(CP)、NDF、ADF 表观消化率显著低于 XM-L 组和 XM-H 组(P<0.05),且 HS-H 组的 CP、NDF表观消化率显著低于 HS-L 组(P<0.05).3)780~830 kg 阶段,XM-L 组和 XM-H 组的血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著低于 HS-L 组和 HS-H 组(P<0.05),且 HS-L 组的血清 GLU 含量显著低于HS-H 组(P<0.05).XM-H 组和 HS-H 组的血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量显著低于 XM-L 组和HS-L 组(P<0.05).4)780~830 kg 阶段,XM-L 组和 XM-H 组的血清胰岛素(INS)含量显著低于 HS-L 组和 HS-H 组(P<0.05).XM-H 组和 HS-H 组的血清瘦素(LEP)含量显著低于 XM-L组和 HS-L 组(P<0.05).综上所述,饲养低 RFI 育肥牛可以提高饲料效率和 NDF 表观消化率,具有对血清 GLU 能量利用率较好、脂质调动程度较高的特性,血清 GLU、FFA 含量可以考虑作为 RFI 选择的辅助指标.荷斯坦奶公牛 DM、CP、NDF、ADF 表观消化率低于西门塔尔公牛.本试验条件下,低 RFI 西门塔尔公牛具有更优的育肥性能.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of residual feed intake(RFI)on growth perform-ance,apparent nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical and hormone parameters of different breeds of fin-ishing cattle,and to explore the effects of breed,RFI and their interactions on fattening performance of beef cattle.Twelve healthy Simmental bulls and twelve healthy Holstein dairy bulls with similar body weight were individually housed and fed,with a 7-day adaptation period followed by a 136-day experimental period.The study employed a 2×2 factorial completely randomized design with breed and RFI,divided into 4 groups with 6 cattle in each group:Simmental bulls with low residual feed intake group(XM-L group),Simmental bulls with high residual feed intake(XM-H group),Holstein dairy bulls with low residual feed intake(HS-L group)and Holstein dairy bulls with high residual feed intake group(HS-H group).The results showed as fol-lows:1)the dry matter intake(DMI)and RFI of XM-L group and HS-L group were significantly lower than those of XM-H group and HS-H group(P<0.05).2)During 620 to 670 kg phase,the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of HS-L group and HS-H group was significantly lower than that of XM-L group and XM-H group(P<0.05).During 780 to 830 kg phase,the apparent digestibility of DM,crude protein(CP),NDF and ADF of HS-L group and HS-H group was significantly lower than that of XM-L group and XM-H group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of CP and NDF of HS-H group was significantly lower than that of HS-L group(P<0.05).3)During 780 to 830 kg phase,the serum glucose(GLU)content of XM-L group and XM-H group was significantly lower than that of HS-L group and HS-H group(P<0.05),and the serum GLU content of HS-L group was significantly lower than that of HS-H group(P<0.05).The serum free fatty acids(FFA)content of XM-H group and HS-H group was significantly lower than that of XM-L group and HS-L group(P<0.05).4)During 780 to 830 kg phase,the serum insulin(INS)content of XM-L group and XM-H group was significantly lower than that of HS-L group and HS-H group(P<0.05).The serum leptin(LEP)content of XM-H group and HS-H group was significantly lower than that of XM-L group and HS-L group(P<0.05).In summary,feeding low RFI fattening cattle can improve feed efficiency and NDF apparent digestibility,it has characteristics of better serum glucose(GLU)utilization efficiency and lipid mobilization degree,and the serum GLU and FFA con-tents may be considered as potential auxiliary indicators for RFI selection.The apparent digestibility of DM,CP,NDF and ADF of Holstein dairy bulls is lower than that of Simmental bulls.Under these experimental con-ditions,the Simmental bulls with low RFI exhibit superior fattening performance.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(4):2698-2708]
