小麦饲粮添加非淀粉多糖酶对母猪氨基酸和常规养分消化率的影响OA
Effects of Wheat Diets Added with Non-Starch Polysaccharide Enzyme on Digestibility of Amino Acids and Conventional Nutrients in Sows
本试验旨在研究小麦饲粮添加非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶对母猪不同生理阶段氨基酸表观回肠消化率(AID)和标准回肠消化率(SID)及常规养分表观全肠道消化率(ATTD)的影响.选取 6 头体况相似、经产 3~7 胎的健康长大二元(LY)母猪进行 T 型瘘管手术.采用重复测量的3×3 拉丁方试验设计,将 6 头母猪分为 3 个组,每个组 2 头,固定分配于 1 个拉丁方中,分别饲喂无氮饲粮、小麦饲粮和加酶小麦饲粮.试验包含 3 个生理阶段:妊娠中期(妊娠第 40~74 天)、妊娠后期(妊娠第 75~110 天)和泌乳期(产后第 5~34 天),每个阶段分为 3 期,每期 7 d,包括5d的预试期和 2d 的食糜和粪便收集期.结果表明:1)妊娠中期,与小麦饲粮相比,饲喂加酶小麦饲粮极显著提高了母猪精氨酸(Arg)、组氨酸(His)、赖氨酸(Lys)、色氨酸(Trp)、缬氨酸(Val)、谷氨酸(Glu)的 AID(P<0.01),显著提高了异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、蛋氨酸(Met)、苏氨酸(Thr)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丝氨酸(Ser)的 AID(P<0.05);饲喂加酶小麦饲粮极显著提高了母猪 Arg、His、Leu、Lys、Glu 的 SID(P<0.01),且显著提高了 Met 和 Val 的 SID(P<0.05).2)妊娠后期,与小麦饲粮相比,饲喂加酶小麦饲粮极显著提高了母猪苯丙氨酸(Phe)的AID(P<0.01),显著提高了粗蛋白质(CP)、Leu、Lys、Met、Trp、Glu、酪氨酸(Tyr)的 AID 以及CP、His、Lys、Phe、Glu 的 SID(P<0.05).3)泌乳期,与小麦饲粮相比,饲喂加酶小麦饲粮极显著提高了母猪 AID-Met(P<0.01),显著提高了 His、Leu、甘氨酸(Gly)的 AID(P<0.05);饲喂加酶小麦饲粮极显著提高了母猪 Leu、Trp、丙氨酸(Ala)和 Ser 的 SID(P<0.01),显著提高了 CP 和His 的 SID(P<0.05).4)与小麦饲粮相比,饲喂加酶小麦饲粮显著或者极显著提高了母猪妊娠中期干物质(DM)、总能(GE)的 ATTD(P<0.05)以及妊娠后期 DM、GE、CP 的 ATTD(P<0.01).综上所述,纯小麦饲粮添加 NSP 酶可不同程度地改善饲喂小麦饲粮母猪不同生理阶段的大部分 AA 的 AID 和 SID 以及 DM、GE、CP 的 ATTD,这为通过添加外源 NSP 酶提高小麦饲粮利用效率、减少饲料资源浪费提供了科学依据.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of wheat diets added with non-starch polysaccharide(NSP)enzyme on the apparent ileal digestibility(AID)of amino acids(AA),standardized ileal digestibility(SID)of AA,and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of conventional nutrients in sows at different physiological stages.Six healthy multiparous(3 to 7 parities)crossbred(Landrace×Yorkshire)sows with similar body condition were surgically fitted with T-cannulas.Using a replicated 3×3 Latin square design,the six sows were allotted into three groups of two sows each and fixed within a Latin square.They were fed three diets(a nitrogen-free diet,a wheat diet,and an enzyme-added wheat diet)across three physiological stages:mid-gestation(days 40 to 74 of gestation),late gestation(days 75 to 110 of gestation),and lactation(days 5 to 34 postpartum).Each physiological stage was divided into three 7-day periods,consisting of a 5-day adap-tation period followed by a 2-day collection period for digesta and feces.The results showed as follows:1)in mid-gestation,compared with the wheat diet,the enzyme-added wheat diet significantly increased AID of argi-nine(Arg),histidine(His),lysine(Lys),tryptophan(Trp),valine(Val)and glutamic acid(Glu)in sows(P<0.01),and extremely significantly increased the AID of isoleucine(Ile),leucine(Leu),methio-nine(Met),threonine(Thr),aspartic acid(Asp),and serine(Ser)(P<0.05).Furthermore,the enzyme-added wheat diet extremely significantly increased the SID of Arg,His,Leu,Lys,and Glu(P<0.01),and significantly increased the SID of Met and Val(P<0.05).2)In late gestation,compared with the wheat diet,the enzyme-added wheat diet extremely significantly increased the AID of phenylalanine(Phe)(P<0.01),and significantly increased the AID of crude protein(CP),Leu,Lys,Met,Trp,Glu,and tyrosine(Tyr)(P<0.05).Additionally,it significantly increased the SID of CP,His,Lys,Phe,and Glu(P<0.05).3)In lactation,compared with the wheat diet,the enzyme-added wheat diet extremely significantly increased the AID of Met(P<0.01),and significantly increased the AID of His,Leu,and glycine(Gly)(P<0.05).Mo-reover,the enzyme-added wheat diet extremely significantly increased the SID of Leu,Trp,alanine(Ala),and Ser(P<0.01),and significantly increased the SID of CP and His(P<0.05).4)Compared with the wheat diet,feeding the enzyme-added wheat diet significantly increased the ATTD of dry matter(DM)and gross energy(GE)in mid-gestation(P<0.05),and extremely significantly increased the ATTD of DM,GE and CP in late gestation(P<0.01).In conclusion,NSP enzyme supplementation in a pure wheat diet can im-prove the AID and SID of most AA,as well as the ATTD of DM,GE and CP,in sows at different physiologi-cal stages.These findings provide a scientific basis for improving the utilization efficiency of wheat-based diets and reducing the waste of feed resources through exogenous NSP enzyme supplementation.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(4):2563-2576]
