Biological Functions of Mulberry Leaf Extract and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
桑叶提取物是桑叶中的活性成分经提取富集后所得的产物,主要包括多糖类、黄酮类和生物碱类等,具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节和脂质代谢调节等生理功能.饲喂桑叶提取物在提高畜禽生产性能和肉蛋品质的同时,还能有效降低粪便污染环境,促进畜禽养殖的可持续发展.因此,本文就桑叶提取物的主要活性成分、生物学功能及其在畜禽生产上的应用进行综述,旨在为桑叶提取物的进一步开发利用及其在畜禽健康养殖中的应用提供参考.
Mulberry leaf extract is a product obtained by extracting and enriching the active components in mul-berry leaves,mainly including polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.It has multiple physiological func-tions such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,immune regulation,and lipid metabolism regulation.Feeding mulberry leaf extract not only improves the performance and the meat and egg quality of livestock and poultry,but also effectively reduces the pollution of feces to the environment,promoting the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding.Therefore,this article reviews the main active components,biological func-tions,and application of mulberry leaf extract in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a refer-ence for the further development and utilization of mulberry leaf extract and its application in the healthy breed-ing of livestock and poultry.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(4):2416-2426]
