基于IGCT的模块化换向式变换器设计与研制OA
Research and Development of Modular Commutated Converter Based on IGCT
模块化换向式变换器(modular commutated converter,MCC)是一种新型的高压大功率交直流变换设备.相比于MMC,MCC能够显著降低子模块电容和功率半导体器件需求,提升运行效率、减小占地、提高经济性,可用于新能源直流汇集、柔性直流输电等场景.该文首先分析了IGCT-MCC的工作原理和优势,进而研究了MCC主电路参数的设计方法,包括桥臂电流、交直流解耦调压、子模块数、子模块电容,并给出了MCC运行控制方法.基于此,研制了±15kV/60MWIGCT-MCC换流阀样机,并通过仿真和工程试验对理论分析和MCC的性能开展了测试验证.
The Modular Commutated Converter(MCC)is a novel high-voltage and high-power AC-DC conversion equipment.Compared to the Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC),MCC significantly reduces the requirements for submodule capacitors and power semiconductor devices,improves operational efficiency,reduces footprint,and enhances economy,making it suitable for applications such as renewable energy DC collection and flexible DC transmission.This paper first analyzes the operation principle and advantages of the IGCT-based MCC,then investigates the design methodology for its main circuit parameters,including bridge arm current,AC-DC decoupling voltage regulation,number of submodules,and submodule capacitor.Additionally,the operational control strategy for the MCC is presented.Based on this research,a±15kV/60MW IGCT-MCC converter-valve prototype has been developed,and theoretical analysis along with the performance of the MCC have been validated through simulations and engineering tests.
