考虑频率-电压稳定性提升的配电网储能优化配置方法研究OA
Research on the Optimal Configuration of Energy Storage in Distribution Networks Considering the Improvement of Frequency-Voltage Stability
随着高比例新能源的规模化接入,配电网的频率和电压稳定性显著降低,为此,提出一种考虑频率-电压稳定性提升的配电网储能优化配置方法.首先,基于惯量理论和转子运动方程推导新能源扰动与频率变化关系式,提出一种考虑频率安全约束的储能系统装机总容量测算方法;其次,基于潮流计算方程,推导配电网电压稳定性评估指标;然后,综合考虑电压稳定性指标和储能装设成本,构建配电网潮流平衡、节点电压、考虑频率安全的储能建造以及储能功率约束条件,建立面向频率-电压稳定性提升的储能优化配置模型;最后,通过改进IEEE 33节点系统算例仿真,验证了所提配置方法的有效性.结果表明,采用所提方法配置储能,能够在功率扰动下将频率偏差值和各线路电压稳定性控制在安全范围内,同时有效降低储能安装的经济成本,有助于提升配电网的频率-电压稳定性.
With the large-scale access of a high proportion of new energy,the frequency and voltage stability of the distribution network has significantly decreased.Therefore,an optimal configuration method for energy storage in the distribution network considering the improvement of frequency-voltage stability was proposed.Firstly,based on the inertia theory and the rotor motion equation,the relationship between the disturbance of new energy and the frequency change was derived,and a calculation method for the total installed capacity of the energy storage system considering the frequency safety constraint was proposed;secondly,based on the power flow calculation equation,the evaluation index of voltage stability of the distribution network was derived;then,comprehensively considering the voltage stability index and the installation cost of energy storage,the power flow balance of the distribution network,the node voltage,the construction of energy storage considering frequency safety,and the power constraint conditions of energy storage were constructed,and the energy storage optimization configuration model for improving the frequency-voltage stability was established;finally,the effectiveness of the proposed configuration method was verified through the simulation of the improved IEEE 33-node system example.The results show that configuring energy storage by the proposed method can control the frequency deviation value and the voltage stability of each line within a safe range under power disturbance.At the same time,it effectively reduces the economic cost of energy storage installation and helps to improve the frequency-voltage stability of the distribution network.
