针对我国农村地区台区变压器季节性重过载、用户光储协同调控潜力挖掘不足与用户采暖费用高昂等问题,提出一种融合虚拟储能的分布式电采暖优化调控方法.首先,结合房屋热惯性和热力学特性构建虚拟储能模型,并在分时电价和光伏实际出力的引导下,实现对虚拟储能的充放电管理;其次,对用户进行差异化分组,并根据台区变压器负载率动态切换运行模式,缓解变压器过载风险;然后,建立以用户采暖费用最低、光伏消纳最大和舒适度最佳为目标的多目标优化模型,并采用 Big-M 法对模型进行线性化处理,实现模型的高效求解;最后,以北京某地区分布式电采暖参数为依据对所提方法进行验证.算例结果表明,所提方法在保证用户舒适性的前提下,能够有效缓解台区变压器供电压力和有效降低采暖费用.

In view of the seasonal overload of transformers in rural areas of China,the insufficient exploration of collab-orative regulation potential between user photovoltaic-energy storage systems and high heating costs,an optimal control method for distributed electric heating based on virtual energy storage is proposed.First,a virtual energy storage model is developed considering the thermal inertia and thermodynamic characteristics of houses,and the charging and dis-charging of virtual energy storage are managed under the guidance of time-of-use pricing and actual photovoltaic output.Second,users are categorized into differentiated groups,and the operation mode is dynamically switched according to the transformer load rate in the substation area,so as to mitigate the risk of transformer overload.Third,a multi-objec-tive optimization model is established,aiming to minimize heating costs,maximize photovoltaic utilization and optimize the user comfort.In addition,the Big-M method is used to linearize the model,so that an efficient solution is realized.Finally,the proposed method is validated using distributed electric heating parameters from a specific region in Beijing.The results of case studies show that this method can effectively mitigate the power supply pressure on transformers and reduce heating costs while ensuring the user comfort.
