考虑故障拓扑变化的自适应三相重合闸策略OA

针对输电线路故障拓扑具有多样性与不确定性,传统自适应重合闸判据易导致故障性质判定结果不准确问题,提出一种适用于输电线路故障拓扑变化场景的自适应重合闸策略.首先,以输电线路在不同故障类型下的状态参考模型为基础,系统分析线路内部存在的耦合电流平衡关系,阐明其内在作用机理;其次,深入比较瞬时性故障与永久性故障的本质差异,剖析两类故障场景下线路耦合电流的不同特征,为故障性质判据提供关键依据;最后,在上述分析的基础上,提出基于耦合电流平衡特性的故障性质判据,并据此制定相应的自适应重合闸策略.通过理论推导和 PSCAD/EMTDC 的仿真验证表明,该方法在故障拓扑变化时,能够准确判定故障性质,且不受过渡电阻与故障位置的影响.

The fault topology of transmission lines exhibits diversity and uncertainty,making the traditional adaptive re-closing criteria prone to inaccurate fault nature determination.To address this issue,an adaptive reclosing strategy suit-able for scenarios with changes in the transmission line fault topology is proposed.First,based on the state reference models of transmission lines under different types of fault,the coupled current balance relationships within the lines are systematically analyzed,so as to elucidate their underlying mechanisms.Second,an in-depth comparison of the funda-mental differences between transient and permanent faults is conducted,and the distinct characteristics of coupled cur-rents under both scenarios are analyzed to provide critical reference for the fault nature criteria.Finally,on the basis of the analysis result,a fault nature criterion based on the coupled current balance characteristics is proposed,and the corresponding adaptive reclosing strategy is formulated accordingly.Through theoretical derivation and PSCAD/EMTDC simulation verification,it is demonstrated that this method can accurately determine the fault nature under changes in the fault topology,and it is unaffected by transition resistance or fault location.
