等时圈视角下西宁市医疗救护空间可达性分析OA

The spatial accessibility assessment of emergency medical aid in general hospitals is an effective research method to study and analyze the efficiency of medical aid services and optimize the allocation of medical aid resources.Based on the path planning API system provided by Gaode map and ArcGIS spatial analysis,we analyzed the layout and accessibility of medical aid in Xining City general hospitals.The results show that ① the isochronal circle of general hospitals in the central urban area of Xining City is mainly distributed along the urban cross,and the isochronal circles of districts and counties are distributed radially as a whole.②Among the isochronal circle coverage influence factors,the road network is high and the population is low.③The medical aid isochronal circle can basically cover the urban area,and the subordinate districts and counties can only cover the central area.According to the isochronal circle distribution of general hospitals in Xining City,we summarized the deficiencies of current medical aid layout,and put forward suggestions for the future development of medical layout in Xining City.
