DDC桩复合地基在大型钢板灰库地基处理中的应用OA
Application of Deep Dynamic Compaction Pile Composite Foundation in Large Steel Ash Silo
DDC桩是一种深层地基处理方法,已成功应用于石油石化工程、房屋工程、道路工程,但在燃煤电厂超大荷重构筑物中尚未得到推广应用.本文选择华北地区某燃煤电厂中的钢板灰库作为研究对象,该构筑物荷重大,对强度、变形标准有着严格的要求,根据复合地基静载荷试验结果确定复合地基承载力特征值,采用分层总和法计算基础沉降.经理论计算与现场检测,DDC桩复合地基承载力和压缩模量等关键技术指标均满足设计要求.DDC桩在该区域使用效果良好,为大型钢板灰库的地基处理提供更多选择.
The DDC pile(Deep Dynamic Compaction method)is a deep foundation treatment technique that has been successfully applied in petroleum and petrochemical engineering,building construction,and road engineering,but has not yet been widely adopted for super-heavy load structures in coal-fired power plants.This paper selects the large steel ash silo of a coal-fired power plant in north China as the research object.This structure bears heavy loads and has strict requirements for foundation strength and deformation.The characteristic value of bearing capacity of the composite foundation is determined based on static load test results.The foundation settlement is calculated using the layered summation method.Through theoretical calculations and on-site testing,key technical indicators of the DDC pile composite foundation,including bearing capacity and compression modulus,all meet the design requirements.The DDC pile has performed well in this area,providing additional options for foundation treatment of large steel ash silo.
