高温固体储热材料热稳定性研究OA
Study on Thermal Stability of High-Temperature Solid Thermal Energy Storage Materials
岩石和以岩石作为原料的储热材料,可以作为理想的显热储热材料,用于太阳能热发电的岩石床高温储热的试验研究.固体储热材料要求高耐热温度、高比热容和高稳定性,多以天然岩石和以天然岩石为原料制备的陶瓷材料为主.本文以岩石及人造固体储热材料为研究对象,获得了岩石类固体储热材料比热容、抗热震性能等关键热物理性能数据.结果表明,在700℃超高温熔盐储热领域,玄武岩和硅铝球的固体储热球具有较好的热稳定性.
Thermal energy storage materials made from rocks and rock-based raw materials can serve as an ideal sensible heat storage medium,and have been applied in experimental studies on high-temperature thermal energy storage in packed beds for solar thermal power generation.Solid thermal storage materials are required to exhibit high thermal resistance,high specific heat capacity,high stability,and low cost,with natural rocks and ceramic materials derived from natural rocks being the primary choices.This study investigates natural rocks and artificially manufactured solid thermal storage materials,obtaining key thermophysical property data such as specific heat capacity and thermal shock resistance of rock-based solid storage materials.Experimental results indicate in the context of ultra-high temperature molten salt thermal storage at 700℃,basalt and alumina-silicate pellets demonstrate superior thermal stability.
