山地大跨度鱼腹式双层索柔性光伏支架受力分析OA
Stress Analysis of Large-Span Fish Belly Double-Layer Cable Flexible Photovoltaic Support in Mountainous Areas
大跨度柔性支架在地势平坦且形状规则地方应用较多,针对山地高低起伏地貌条件使得大跨度柔性支架的应用面临较多难题.以贵州某山地光伏发电项目实际为例,根据现场地块实际测量的地形数据,采用有限元软件建立精确的力学分析模型,研究不同索有效直径和不同索预应力对大跨度鱼腹式双层索柔性支架系统整体挠度的影响.结果表明:增加承重索有效直径来减小整体挠度比增加组件索有效直径方式效果更加明显;增加组件索预应力来减小柔性支架系统整体挠度比增加承重索预应力方式效果更加明显.并提出索直径选取和预应力施加大小的建议,该分析结果可为后续类似山地大跨度鱼腹式双层索柔性支架系统的合理设计、优化选型以及安全可靠性提供一定的参考.
Large span flexible supports are widely used in flat and regularly shaped areas,and the application of large-span flexible supports faces many challenges due to the undulating terrain conditions in mountainous areas.Taking the actual photovoltaic power generation project in a mountainous area of Guizhou as an example,based on the terrain data measured on the site,an accurate mechanical analysis model was established using finite element software to study the effects of different effective cable diameters and cable pre stresses on the overall deflection of a large-span fish belly double-layer cable flexible support system.The results show that increasing the effective diameter of the load-bearing cable to reduce the overall deflection is more effective than increasing the effective diameter of the component cable,and increasing the prestress of the component cable to reduce the overall deflection of the flexible support system is more effective than increasing the prestress of the load-bearing cable.And suggestions were put forward for the selection of cable diameter and the size of prestress application.The analysis results can provide some reference for the rational design,optimization selection,and safety and reliability of similar mountain large-span fish belly double-layer cable flexible support systems in the future.
