新基建时代电力设计企业业务延伸研究OA

This study aims to explore the business extension paths of power design enterprises under the background of new infrastructure,so as to help enterprises achieve innovative transformation and sustainable development.The research comprehensively adopts methods such as questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,case analysis and policy text interpretation,and constructs a closed-loop research path of"policy interpretation-case analysis-problem identification-strategy proposal".Through the investigation of the current situation of the industry,it is clarified that power design enterprises currently take energy-related businesses as the core pillar,new businesses are generally in the initial exploration stage,and there are prominent problems such as insufficient strategic implementation,prominent technical and capital shortcomings.Combined with typical cases and policy orientation,four major business extension strategies are proposed,including policy-oriented layout,technology empowerment improvement,model innovation extension and ecological coordination guarantee,providing reference for industry transformation.
