电力设计企业基于价值创造的适应性组织建设与绩效考核分配研究OA
Research on Adaptive Organizational Development and Performance Evaluation Allocation Based on Value-creation in Power Engineering Enterprises
在"双碳"目标背景下,如何通过适应性组织建设激活内部效能,依托绩效薪酬激励释放人才价值,最终实现组织能力与激励机制的协同增效,已成为企业突破发展瓶颈的关键因素.本文通过问卷调研和实地调研,显示大多数电力设计企业的业务正加快向绿色低碳转型,并注重适应性组织建设,但在价值创造导向的考核评估及内部组织协同方面还存在提升空间.电力设计企业均重视价值创造,在各业务单元的绩效目标上存在差异化设计,财务指标和创新成果为绩效考核的主要指标类型.在绩效考核结果与薪酬分配的挂钩程度方面和激励满意度方面,还需重视和提升.本文聚焦价值创造这一核心导向,探讨组织变革与激励创新协同路径,具有一定的理论参考与实践指导意义.
Under the China's dual carbon goals,how to enhance internal efficiency through adaptive organizational development,leverage talent value via performance-based compensation incentives,and ultimately achieve synergistic effects between organizational capabilities and incentive mechanisms has become a key factor in overcoming developmental bottlenecks.By questionnaire surveys and field investigations,the research indicates that most power design enterprises are accelerating their business transition toward green and low-carbon development,with a focus on adaptive organizational construction.However,there remains room for improvement in value-creation-oriented performance evaluations and internal organizational collaboration.Power design enterprises emphasize value creation and apply differentiated performance targets across business units.Financial and innovation metrics dominate evaluations,while stronger linkage between performance and pay,as well as higher incentive satisfaction,still need improvement.Centered on the core orientation of value creation,this study explores collaborative pathways for organizational transformation and incentive innovation,offering theoretical references and practical guidance.
