数字孪生技术在卫星通信干扰排查中的应用方案设计OA

Design of Application Scheme for Digital Twin Technology in Satellite Communication Interference Troubleshooting

针对卫星通信干扰排查中信号难捕捉、源难定位、成因难分析、难验证的瓶颈,提出了基于数字孪生的全流程闭环方案.构建了物理感知、虚拟孪生与智能决策三元融合架构,并融合了弱特征提取、多源数据融合定位、因果追溯及虚拟预验证4 项关键技术,实现了从被动响应到主动精准决策的转变.实验表明,该方案在典型场景下干扰识别准确率最高达 94.8%,静态定位精度达百米级,处置抑制率最高达89.62%;在极端复杂场景下仍满足应急要求,性能显著优于传统方法.

In response to the bottlenecks in satellite communication interference troubleshooting,shuch as the difficulties in signal detection,source localization,cause analysis,and effectiveness verification,a full-process closed-loop scheme based on digital twin technology is proposed.A tri-integrated architecture comprising physical perception,virtual twin,and intelligent decision-makingis constructed.It incorporates four key technologies including weak feature extraction,multi-source data fusion localization,causal tracing,and virtual pre-verification,thereby shifting the troubleshooting process from passive response to active and precise decision-making.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves a maximum interference recognition accuracy of 94.8%,a static localization accuracy of hundred-meter level,and a maximum disposal suppression rate of 89.62%under typical scenarios.It still meets emergency requirements in extreme complex scenarios and performs significantly better than traditional methods.
