阀冷系统作为高压直流输电换流阀的核心热保障单元,其可靠性直接影响换流阀寿命与输电能力.针对外冷风机因投退策略失当引发空冷器频繁起停,导致进出阀水温差超标,造成直流功率回降的问题,本文提出一种阀冷系统温度控制方法并搭建仿真模型,通过对外冷风机投退策略仿真结果与工程案例的分析对比,验证了所提方法的有效性.

As the critical thermal management component in high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission systems,the reliability of the valve cooling system directly affects the service life and transmission capacity of the converter valves.This paper proposes a temperature control method for valve cooling system to address the problem of DC power drop caused by excessive temperature difference between inlet and outlet valves due to frequent start-stop cycles of air coolers caused by improper switching strategy of external air coolers.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation results and engineering case analysis of the external air cooler's switching strategy.
