为明确焊后热处理对耐候钢焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展特性的影响规律,支撑轨道车辆焊接结构轻量化设计与焊后工艺优化,以轨道车辆常用Q460NE、S355J2W(H)耐候钢MAG焊焊接接头为研究对象,通过开展疲劳裂纹扩展试验,研究了焊后热处理+抛丸和焊后抛丸两种工艺处理对接头裂纹扩展速率的影响.基于获取的Q460NE、S355J2W(H)焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展试验数据,结合Paris公式拟合得到了焊后热处理+抛丸和焊后抛丸的Q460NE、S355J2W(H)焊接接头的da/dN-ΔK曲线.结果表明:(1)随着应力强度因子的逐渐增加,两种工艺下两类钢焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展速率整体相近,无显著差异;(2)经Paris公式拟合后得到的四组焊接接头的da/dN-ΔK曲线m值稳定分布在3.5±0.4范围内,焊后热处理+抛丸工艺的m值略低于焊后抛丸工艺,且Q460NE与S355J2W(H)接头的m值差值仅0.10~0.23,这表明焊后热处理对于Q460NE和S355J2W(H)焊接接头裂纹扩展速率影响程度较为有限.研究可为轨道车辆轻量化应用提供参考.

To clarify the influence of post-weld heat treatment on the fatigue crack propagation characteristics of weathering steel welded joints and support the lightweight design and post-weld process optimization of rail vehicle welded structures,the MAG welded joints of Q460NE and S355J2W(H)weathering steels commonly used in rail vehicles were taken as re-search objects.The effects of two processes,i.e.,post-weld heat treatment plus shot peening and post-weld shot peening,on the crack propagation rate of the joints were studied through fatigue crack propagation tests.Based on the obtained fatigue crack propagation test data of Q460NE and S355J2W(H)welded joints,the da/dN-K curves of the joints under the two pro-cesses were fitted by using the Paris formula.The results show that:(1)With the increase of stress intensity factor,the fa-tigue crack propagation rates of the two types of steel welded joints under the two processes are generally similar without significant difference;(2)The m values of the da/dN-K curves of the four groups of welded joints fitted by the Paris formula are stably distributed in the range of 3.5±0.4.The m value of post-weld heat treatment plus shot peening is slightly lower than that of post-weld shot peening,and the difference in m values between Q460NE and S355J2W(H)joints is only 0.10-0.23,indicating that post-weld heat treatment has a limited effect on the crack propagation rate of Q460NE and S355J2W(H)welded joints.This study can provide a reference for the lightweight application of rail vehicles.
