针对船舶厚板焊接效率低、接头质量急需提升的问题,提出并开发了一种缆式36丝埋弧焊接工艺.该工艺采用由⌀1.0 mm中心丝与35根外围丝绞合而成的⌀7.0 mm缆式焊丝,在焊接过程中通过连续送丝使多丝同步熔化,外围丝端部形成自主旋转的焊接电弧.基于模块化逆变焊机开展工艺试验,并与传统⌀4.0 mm单丝埋弧焊进行对比分析.该工艺显著提升了焊接效率与接头质量.在熔敷速度方面提升约60%,同等焊丝消耗下焊接时间缩短50%,电能节约20%;焊缝接头平均抗拉强度达到542 MPa,延伸率为25.02%,显微组织主要由细晶粒铁素体和珠光体构成,未出现魏氏组织等有害相,其综合力学性能与焊缝质量均明显优于传统单丝埋弧焊接接头.

Aiming at the problem of low welding efficiency and urgent need to improve the joint quality of ship thick plate,a new process of cable-type 36-wire submerged arc welding is proposed and developed in this paper.The process uses ⌀7.0 mm cable-type wire,which is made up of ⌀1.0 mm central wire and 35 peripheral wires.During the welding process,mul-tiple wires are melted synchronously by continuous wire feeding,and the end of the peripheral wire forms an autonomous ro-tating welding arc.Based on the modular inverter welding machine,the process test was carried out and compared with the traditional ⌀4.0 mm single wire submerged arc welding.This process significantly improves the welding efficiency and joint quality.The deposition speed is increased by about 60%,the welding time is shortened by 50%and the electric energy is saved by 20%under the same wire consumption.The average tensile strength of the weld joint reaches 542 MPa,and the elongation is 25.02%.The microstructure is mainly composed of fine-grained ferrite and pearlite,and no harmful phases such as widmanstatten structure appear.The comprehensive mechanical properties and weld quality are significantly better than those of traditional single-wire submerged arc welded joints.
