增材制造核燃料部件入堆应用及监管路线研究OA

增材制造技术凭借其复杂结构成型与性能提升潜力,在核燃料部件研制中展现出显著的应用潜力.然而,中国现行核法规标准体系尚未建立针对增材制造工艺的明确技术要求,核安全监管亦缺乏相关实践经验,制约了该技术在核领域的工程应用.本文系统研究了美国核管会(NRC)增材制造部件的安全评价体系与入堆监管路径,重点分析了西屋公司增材制造阻流塞组件的材料性能评价方法与许可流程.在此基础上,结合中国核安全监管框架,提出了涵盖材料堆内外性能验证及部件功能考核的增材制造核燃料部件入堆评价体系与监管实施方案.研究结果可为推动增材制造技术在国内核燃料研发及商业堆辐照考验中的应用提供技术支撑与监管参考.

Additive manufacturing technology,with its advantages in fabricating complex structures and enhancing compo-nent performance,presents significant application prospects in the development of nuclear fuel components.However,China's current nuclear regulatory framework lacks specific technical requirements for additive manufacturing processes,and corresponding nuclear safety supervision practices are yet to be established,which hinders the engineering application of this technology in the nuclear field.This paper systematically investigates the safety evaluation system and in-reactor regulatory pathway for additively manufactured components established by the U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC),with particular emphasis on analyzing the material performance evaluation methodology and licensing process for Westinghouse's additively manufactured thimble plugging devices.Based on this analysis and considering China's nuclear safety regulatory framework,this study proposes an evaluation system and regulatory implementation pathway for in-reactor application of additively manufactured nuclear fuel components,encompassing out-of-pile and in-pile material performance verification as well as component functional qualification.The results can provide technical support and regulatory refer-ences for promoting the application of additive manufacturing technology in domestic nuclear fuel development and com-mercial reactor irradiation testing.
